Scope of Services

RCCG will promote a single source solution to the provision of an integrated Support Services package in the global energy sector generally, and in the oil, gas and power sectors specifically.
The scope of works will include:

 

Kosovo Case studies

Phase One – Site Survey and Site Preparation

All site preparation and ancillary civil engineering works (typically including site survey, initial site clearance, rough grading, importation of all fill, removal of all surplus material, final site levelling, site compaction, design and installation of all underground utilities and services, pad, strip, and slab foundations, and all utility, telecom and data service connections).

Phase Two – Design and Build Preengineered / Prefabricated Buildings

The design, manufacture, transportation, construction, and fit out of all ‘space’ requirements (including all temporary and permanent offices, satellite field offices, site laboratory accommodation, camp/living accommodation, staff housing accommodation, first aid and medical facilities, security and gatehouse facilities, catering and dining facilities, laundry facilities, sports, recreation and leisure facilities, chapel/mosque facility, storage and warehouse facilities, common user rest rooms, changing rooms, ablution and shower block facilities etc).

 

Phase Three – Provision of Facilities Management Services

The provision of all ongoing ancillary and life support services to maintain and operate the facilities (including all meet and greet and reception services; housekeeping, cleaning, janitorial and laundry services; food and beverage services; medical and first aid services; security services; warehousing, transportation and logistics services; manpower services; landscaping, grounds maintenance and general maintenance services).
The provision of any miscellaneous entertainment and ad hoc services (including the management of all Sports and Social Club activities; Charity activities; Special Events Programme etc).

 

 

Phase Four Dismantling, Relocation and Regeneration of Facilities

On completion of the project, RCCG will complete all dismantling, relocation and regeneration activities including any refurbishment works to the facilities to meet the specific requirements of the client. This phase may entail reuse by the same client in the same country, or alternatively, by the same client in another country. This phase may also entail ‘brokering a deal’, i.e. making all necessary arrangements to sell the facility to another client, in either the same country or in an adjacent country.
